Refund/Cancellation policy: All deposits are payable in advance and are non refundable under any circumstances to neither the client or persons who booked services on behalf of the client. payment for services are also non refundable unless agreed to in writing by both client and consultant. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee for work completed and expenses already occurred shall be paid by the client.
Fulfillment Policy: After the deposit is paid, a consultation will take place on the date agreed to by both client and consultant. Any services booked will be performed before/or by the deadline of the project agreed to by both client and consultant via contract.
